Sewer systems by E/One come in many forms.

John Brooks Company Limited offers E/One sewer systems, which communities all over the world trust for applications like replacing septic tanks and upgrading pressure sewer systems. These systems serve municipalities as cost-effective alternatives to standard gravity sewer systems, with low-pressure force mains that follow the contour of the land.

The selection includes E/One’s all-terrain sewer system, which allows developers to use every piece of land to its fullest.

Eliminating common sewer issues

While typical gravity systems must be bedded accurately along continuous downward grades and often involve deep trenches and large, costly lift stations, E/One sewer systems are designed to handle all kinds of land. The sewage grinder pumps in these systems protect water quality while enhancing quality of life, and they reduce the costs of initial and ongoing housing. These pumps never disrupt the appearance of the landscape or damage structures, the central sewers increase home values, and homeowners need never conduct preventive maintenance.

There are three primary series of E/One sewer systems available to Canadian municipalities from the John Brooks Company team: The D-series, comprising five models with various station heights; the W-series, with nine models covering a range of basics, covers, discharges, inlets, and panels; and the IH091 indoor station, ideal for new construction involving installation of sewage grinder pump stations in a home.

The all-terrain sewer system can sewer through flat, hilly, rocky, or wet terrain, all with a light touch on land, and it saves up to half the costs of conventional gravity sewers. This solution also has considerable advantages over standard septic tanks, which have been a common method of residential sanitary waste disposal – but have been banned by some communities for causing major safety problems over the long term, by polluting the ground and recreational water. Gravity sewer systems many not be feasible for new construction projects, as they may require large, deep trenches that boost project expenses.

Other major benefits of E/One’s all-terrain system: low initial cost; higher value of developmental units; high reliability, with minimal maintenance; lower operational expenses; and protection of public health.
