Wear, corrosion, oxidation resistance

These are low-cost, CE-compliant cabinet coolers that users can install in mere minutes, and they are available in sizes of up to 5,600 Btu per hour. The ATEX models have been tested and approved by UL Solutions, and they comply with the strict ATEX requirements for explosive work environments in Zones 2 and 22. EXAIR provides ATEX cabinet coolers for use with purged and pressurized electrical control panels within ATEX-zoned areas.

The UL-classified hazardous-location cabinet coolers have been engineered for purged and pressurized systems for Class I Division 1, Groups A, B, C, and D, as well as Class II Division 1, Groups E, F, and G, plus Class III areas. Meanwhile, EXAIR offers each of its NEMA 12, 4, and 4X cabinet coolers with a thermostat control or as a continuous-operation system. These models are manufactured from stainless steel, which adds wear, corrosion, and oxidation resistance that results in long operational life and maintenance-free operation.

With EXAIR cabinet coolers, customers can prevent electronic-control downtime due to heat, dirt, or moisture. Other advantages: they stabilize enclosure temperature and humidity, stop nuisance tripping, eliminate fans and filters, eliminate circuit drift, and offer washdown protection.
