Hallmark Hose became part of Wainbee on June 1.

A leading supplier of industrial solutions, Wainbee Limited is expanding its vast product selection with its acquisition of Hallmark Hose – which became official on June 1. Dave and Carol Dauw, the minds behind Hallmark, join the Wainbee family to ensure seamless transition while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Hallmark has supplied hoses, valves, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more from its headquarters in Wallaceburg, Ont. since 1984.

Expanding its market presence

The move illustrates Wainbee’s commitment to delivering value to shareholders and fortifying its market presence – a significant opportunity for Wainbee to expand in Lambton, Kent, and Essex Counties. Integrating Hallmark into Wainbee’s portfolio will unlock new products for Hallmark’s customer base, including Parker fluid connectors and various motion-control, filtration, and automation options. This summer will see changes to names and systems, but Hallmark’s 40-year legacy of success will continue.

“This acquisition is in strategic alignment with our vision of growth through expansion of our MRO branch locations, while we service and enhance our value proposition for Hallmark’s customers,” says Wainbee executive vice president and chief operating officer Campbell Tourgis. The Dauws, he adds, “have served this area well and have been a noble competitor and trading partner, and we are excited to have them join our team.

“With their relationships, we plan to enhance our products and services in these counties.”
