Wainbee and Parker collaborate on Filter Build Program: Hundreds of hydraulic filtration options

Solutions available from the Filter Build Program

Parker Canada’s industrial solutions are available from Wainbee Limited, the country’s largest distributor of Parker components. The manufacturer and supplier team up to offer the Filter Build Program – which covers a broad selection of hydraulic filtration products that satisfies around 70 per cent of hydraulic-filter applications.

The Filter Build Program comprises assemblies representing the most common configurations. Hundreds of options are available, including customized solutions to meet specific requirements.

Flexibility in filter configuration

Among the features of the Filter Build Program: a component inventory that provides flexibility in filter configuration; short lead times, for fast delivery; low assembly costs, for competitive price advantage; designs including ecological element disposal and extended life for filter performance; and configurations to help with building Bill of Materials for several types of Build Program Filter assemblies. PCD personnel inspect Build Centre test stands and facilities before initial certification and once every three years. Wainbee carries the following series of components through the Program:

• CN series. Coreless medium-pressure filters, available in single, double, and triple lengths. High-efficiency filtration with flows of up to 492 lpm (130 gpm) and a maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) of 1,000 psi (rated fatigue pressure: 800 psi).
• GLF series. High-flow, low-pressure in-line/return filters, achieving up to 1,136 lpm (50 gpm) and 150 psi. Engineered to deliver efficient contamination control and performance in today’s challenging hydraulic circuits, with a design that maximizes capacity and element life while maintaining low pressure drop, even in cold start conditions.
• Moduflow Plus Widely deemed the most versatile filters on the market. Offering the high levels of filtration and long-term reliability, from top to bottom, that are crucial to modern hydraulic systems. Flows of up to 581 lpm (150 gpm) and an MAOP of 200 psi (rated fatigue pressure: 150 psi).
• PT series. Using high-efficiency Microglass III media, these tank-top filters offer premium particulate removal in a space-efficient design. Reduced weight and cost through compact, low-profile design. Flows of up to 190 lpm (50 gpm) and an MAOP of 150 psi (rated fatigue pressure: 150 psi).
• WPF series. Parker World Pressure filters implement an advanced high-pressure design that is becoming the industry standard. Durable and dependable, this series lowers operating expenses and boosts the bottom line. Flows of up to 520 lpm (137 gpm) and an MAOP of 70,000 psi (rated fatigue pressure: 6,000 psi).
